Responsibilities:
- Upload, update, and format content to ensure error-free, accurate, and well-structured presentation for our target audience.
- Fix broken pages, links, images, and other elements to maintain website integrity.
- Proofread and edit blog posts, pages, products, and other content to ensure high-quality and error-free materials.
- Upload images, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance website engagement.
- Assist with post-editing tasks to refine and improve content as needed.
- Manage publishing and scheduling of content to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Create categories and organize content using menus and sub-menus for easy navigation.
- Create and format pages and tables to improve website aesthetics and functionality.
- Implement internal and external linking strategies to enhance SEO and user experience.
- Manage WordPress and WooCommerce product listings, including uploading and updating.
- Support social media marketing efforts by posting artwork and content provided by designers and content writers.
- Assist with e-commerce product listings and basic graphic designing tasks (e.g., background removal, logo to vector conversion, watermarking, and image optimization).
- Identify and resolve any errors on the site to maintain a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with the SEO specialist to implement on-page SEO content updates.
- Provide support and assistance as requested by the Senior Full Stack Developer.
- Collaborate with the Senior Web Developer to perform website maintenance tasks, including content updates, plugin installations, and basic bug fixes.
- Optimize website elements, such as images and content, to enhance loading speed and overall performance.
- Test website features and functionalities across different devices and browsers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Assist with various website-related activities, including content updates, formatting, and minor bug fixes.
Qualifications:
- Two years previous experience working with WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and content management systems. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong eye for detail, ensuring website content and design elements are accurate and consistent.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot simple technical issues.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to work collaboratively within the team.
- A proactive approach to learning new skills and adapting to evolving web technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Providing a portfolio showcasing any previous web development or WordPress-related projects would be a definite advantage.
- Experience with Elementor and WooCommerce is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with image editing tools.
- Previous experience in social media marketing and e-commerce product listings is advantageous.
