Job Description:

Success begins here! What You Will Do:
- Assist the Operations Manager in leading and supervising a team of customer service representatives. Set performance targets, provide coaching, and promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Help coordinate staff schedules and track/monitor attendance.
- Assist in development of systems and procedures.
- Problem resolution for escalated customer issues.
- Assist with and oversee the administrative team’s daily duties as needed.
- Communicate with clients occasionally as needed.
- Provide training and guidance for team members.
- Help to delegate tasks and responsibilities on ongoing projects.
- Monitor and act upon team metrics to increase the team’s effectiveness and productivity.
- Help coordinate team responsibilities and projects with our other offices.
- Use and create Excel spreadsheets to track team progress.
- Reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails.
- Participate in staff meetings with team members to improve their work.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Between 3-4 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Detail oriented and deadline driven.
- Punctual and dedicated.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Methodic and able to follow processes.
- Excellent English level.
- Excel Knowledge of basic formulas.
